House Blend Tea
House Blend Tea
I was serving this blend during the fall and winter seasons, but so many clients enjoyed it that it has now become the House Blend Tea. I used premium organic herbs to couple with the caramel rooibos, giving this tea a warm amber glow with hints of caramel and floral notes.
This tea is caffeine free and can be consumed any time during the day.
Ingredients: Caramel rooibos, organic chamomile, organic lavender, organic siberian ginseng.
Directions: 1-2 teaspoon per cup of hot water depending on your liking.
Po Sum On Oil
I use this oil often both personally and professionally during treatments. It is extremely warming due to the cinnamon but not over powering because it's balanced with the peppermint, skullcup root, licorice and dragon's blood resin.
It can be used on sore achy muscles and joints. It is excellent for headaches as well. You apply a bit on the back of the neck and some on the temples. For indigestion and bloating it is very good as well. Just rub it into the belly area and repeat again every 2 hours. You will see it is very relieving and soothing.
You do not need much. Just a bit on the sore area and then rub it in. It's best used 3 times a day for it to be most effective.
